Association of Vietnamese Scientists and Experts (AVSE Global)

AVSE Global was founded in May 2011 with the main purpose of systematically connecting intellectual sources to identify ideas, strategies, and implementations in all fields of science and technology across foreign countries. Additionally, the organization aims to make significant contributions to the development of Vietnam. AVSE Global has collaborated with high-level institutional, industrial, and university partners to organize technical sessions, seminars, conferences, and training courses while producing technical reports. The association is supported by both Vietnam and France State Organizations, and partnership is built on mutual respect and understanding of partner's interests, constructive exchange, and high-quality work.

Hanoi University of Civil Engineering (HUCE)

HUCE has undergone over 50 years of formation and development and over 60 years of training. HUCE becomes nowadays a leading centre for training, research, technology transfer and creating high quality human resources for the country in the field of civil engineering. In addition, HUCE was one of the first four universities in Vietnam evaluated and accredited by HCERES (Haut Conseil de l’Evaluation de la Recherche et de l’Enseignement Superieur) - an international assessment organisation for 5 years, without conditions until May 2022.
