Instructions for Authors

Here is the template for preparing a full paper dw

Please note that the preferred page limits are:

  • 8 pages for regular papers
  • 15 pages for invited papers
  • 25 pages for keynote papers

To submit your full paper, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account. 

2. go to MY SPACE >> Submissions 
 
3. Click on "add the paper (+)" in the action column.
 
4. Upload the full paper in PDF format (Step 3).
 
5. Carefully check the Metadatas and Author(s) information in the Overview (Step 4). This information will be automatically included in the proceedings. You can modify this informations by returning to Step 1 (Metadatas) and Step 2 (Authors).
 
6. After submitting the paper (Step 4), you will receive a confirmation email.
 
 
For each accepted final paper, at least one author must register for the symposium to ensure presentation and inclusion in the VSOE 2024 proceedings.
 
A single registration can cover up to two papers for authors who have contributed to multiple papers
